Those of you who are serious Rebolers, but don't use R3 Chat because you "just can't handle console text," now there's a solution for you: the lb - list in browser command.

So, here's all you have to do to view new R3 Chat messages via the web browser:

>> chat
... (your login happens)
>> n
... (new messages listed)
>> lb
...

Your web browser will open and display the current message list as nicely formated HTML including hyper links.

Now, let's say there's a message that interests you, say #5855, and you want to read the full thread in which it appears:

>> 5855
... (message displays)
>> lb
...

The web browser opens a new tab and displays all of the messages in the thread where message 5855 appeared.

You can use lb at any time to view the current message list in the browser.

An extension to this method would be for R3 Chat to open a local web server and interact with your browser, but I must leave that feature as exercise for some other Reboler.
