Stuck Hot Text Colors

There is a very common problem with hot text when used in VID (REBOL View user interface dialect). If the action for the text causes a refresh of the pane (or window), all the hot text changes color.

This has been a nagging problem for years. I'm making a little change to View 1.3.2 (and SDK 2.6.2) to fix it, but it is difficult to predict how the change may effect other code.
