REBOL 2.7.7 has been released for OpenBSD 4. Here's a link to the REBOL/View download for it.

I'm not sure how many of you use OpenBSD, but I find it works well for a variety of tasks. (For example, I use it as a remote control for television transmitters on a nearby mountain.)

The SDK has also been built, but due to a lack of sales for the OpenBSD SDK, it's not been tested to any serious degree, so we're going to give it away free to anyone who is interested. Contact me.

Hiya,

I'm glad the BSD family is still in the loop! Other than OS X, the other BSDs I use are PCBSD and Dragonfly.

Even free, if it's untested I can't see how that might attract a crowd...

Cheers,

Luis.

Well i'm not used to bsd(i tried once) even if i think it has a future... Possible one could be Matt Dillon(not hollywood) and Dragonfly Bsd.Remember he was compiling C on Amiga for instance.

What would it take to restore support for Solaris? OpenSolaris is an advanced open source OS using the Gnome desktop. Last version of View was 2.5.6 I think.

It is free to download and run, and works inside VirtualBox if you need to test.
