Well... I'm off to AmiWest to spend the weekend. I look forward to it.

If you are not familiar with AmiWest, it's the local Amiga Computer show in Sacramento, California where the most loyal and dedicated users in the entire world of computing get together, reminisce about the good old days, and dream about the potential of the future... the true Amiga dream.

Attending the show is like dropping into a timewarp back to when the words "personal computing" really meant making people more creative and productive. Back to the days when your computer should actually do something for you, save you time, not just siphon money from your wallet.

It's been a few years since I last visited AmiWest, and I'm not exactly sure what to expect. But regardless, I'm sure it will be a good time. This is a conference of the true believers. The diehards. The rebels. I like it.
