A failure in both the primary and backup power systems at Superb Internet services has brought down the primary east-coast AltME hosting services, affecting several of our private messaging systems.

Safeworlds, Inc. is aware of the problem, and they apologize for the inconvenience. They are in contact with Superb about the problem, but Safeworlds is at the mercy of Superb for problems like this.

We have been told that the ETA to restore power is unknown because the reason for the outage is unknown. The facility is running on its two UPS's and a generator at this time. Unfortunately, an issue with the generator feed levels to a Liebert UPS has caused a partial failure in the backup system, and various servers are now offline.
