Yes, we are running about a week late on release. But, over the last week we have fixed many bugs -- some of which have been around for a long time. Hope that makes it worth the wait.

But now it is nearly time to release. No more bug fixes unless they are very serious or new (as a result of fixing other bugs).

So, what big is left to do? Mainly the installer/setup code. It is all new. I will be posting a short doc that describes it very soon for comments (but better make them quickly).

What's not going to be part of 1.3: many things. But, we have to leave some things to do in future releases, right?
