Comments on: Font rendering glitches on XP?

Is anyone else seeing minor font glitches in REBOL when running on XP? I see little ' marks behind characters like "s"... as well as a few other oddities in fonts. They appear in REBOL/View as well as AltME. Does anyone know what the source of these could be? This is new in XP.

Here is an example that shows the problem:

view layout [text font-size 10 "Webs" bold]

They appear to happen only when bold text is requested.
